First Rock Real Estate Celebrates Inaugural KFC Opening in Costa Rica

San Jose, Costa Rica — February 15, 2024 — In a monumental leap forward for the fast-food industry in Costa Rica, First Rock Real Estate has proudly announced the opening of the KFC El Roble, the first of two KFC locations planned by the company in the country. This significant event underscores First Rock’s commitment to growth and success, as they managed to turn the project from blueprint to reality in under three months — a commendable feat demonstrating innovation and efficiency in commercial construction.

First Rock’s strategic acquisition of two plots in Alajuela, San Jose, during the last quarter of 2023, laid the groundwork for this venture. The region is well-known for its profitability for KFC, with the Costa Rican franchise being recognized as the best in Latin America over the past few years.

The newly opened KFC El Roble is the 55th KFC outlet in Costa Rica, yet it stands out for its rapid construction timeline which has exceeded all expectations. This accomplishment is not just a testament to First Rock Real Estate’s robust operations but also reflects a new era of nimble and efficient building practices in the real estate sector.

The grand opening, captured in an image reflecting jubilation and community spirit, showcases a team of exuberant staff and onlookers celebrating the new establishment. The vibrant reds of the KFC brand and the smiles of the attendees highlight the optimism and positive impact this opening has on the local economy and job market.

As First Rock Real Estate garners praise for its swift and successful project completion, stakeholders and patrons alike eagerly anticipate the opening of the second location. This expansion signals a bullish outlook for the company and the franchise, promising more such celebratory moments in the near future.
