(Kingston, Jamaica) – What started out as a virtual and pop-up store has just evolved into a brick-and-mortar reality. Last Friday, May 3rd, The Street Supply Co launched its first flagship store at 82 Lady Musgrave Road, nestled inside the popular Dubwise Café. The electrifying opening event welcomed a wave of customers eager to explore the store and immerse themselves in a world of reggae and streetwear.

The Street Supply Co, known for its exclusive virtual presence since 2015 after rebranding from “Base Kingston & Belle,” is now firmly establishing itself as the premier destination for “Brand Jamaica” apparel and reggae artist merchandise. The new store, adorned with brands such as Chronixx Music Merchandise, I&I, Cooyah, and Jamaica Nice, showcases Jamaica’s rich cultural tapestry.

In celebration of its grand opening, The Street Supply Co has partnered with VP Records to present a specially curated collection of t-shirts and a vibrant vinyl collection. This collaboration not only celebrates Jamaica’s musical heritage but also contributes to revitalizing the island’s vinyl industry.

“It was inspiring to see the enthusiasm and support from the community,” said Rohan Scott, Manager of The Street Supply Co. “As we open doors to customers, I’m super excited for people to indulge in our offerings, from our curated selection of streetwear to our vinyl collection in collaboration with VP Records. Together, we look forward to re-energizing the vinyl scene in Jamaica and continuing to showcase the rich cultural heritage of our island through fashion and music.”

The launch event featured the soulful sounds of vinyl maestro Ronald “Uncle Ronnie” Jarett of the 8 Mile Sound Paul and DJ Stamma Watson. Guests were treated to an exclusive first look at the store’s extraordinary collection of vinyl records, merchandise, and product offerings. The event was highlighted by appearances from featured artists and industry insiders.

The Street Supply Co markets and distributes highly curated selections from timeless Jamaican brands, along with vetted international brands. It stands as the Caribbean’s first online and pop-up streetwear supplier with island-wide and international delivery.
